ABOUT DREW

Coach. Athlete.
Always learning.

I’m Drew Rivera—endurance coach, ultrarunner, triathlete, and a Doctor of Chiropractic.

My background in anatomy, biomechanics and the musculoskeletal system gives me another lens for movement, training load, durability and reducing avoidable injury risk.

Great coaching goes beyond physiology. It’s about understanding you, your life, and the reason behind your goal.

THE PROCESS

Three questions.
One direction.

Getting started is a short conversation about the goal already on your mind.

1

Where are
you going?

The race, challenge, distance or idea that’s been on your mind.

2

Where are
you now?

A quick snapshot of your current training and experience.

3

Why does
it matter?

The reason behind the goal. The part that gives the training direction.

YOU BRING THE REASON.

We’ll build the direction.

Answer three quick questions so I can understand what you’re considering and whether Endurance Direction is the right fit.

Who do
you carry?

Every athlete has a reason.

A person. A promise. A purpose.
Sometimes the person you’re proving something to is yourself.
