ABOUT ENDURANCE DIRECTION

The reason matters.

Endurance Direction grew from a simple belief: hard things can carry meaning far beyond the finish line.

WHY THIS EXISTS

I know what it means to carry someone with you.

My daughter, Philomena—Mena—shaped the way I understand purpose, endurance and showing up. Running and racing became one of the ways I carried her memory forward, especially through difficult training and long days when the reason mattered more than the workout.

That experience helped shape Endurance Direction. Some athletes race for someone they love. Some for a cause. Some because they need to discover what they are capable of. There is no required story here. The point is simply that your reason deserves to be understood.

Endurance Direction exists to turn that reason into a thoughtful, sustainable path toward the goal.

ABOUT DREW

Coach. Athlete. Always learning.

I’m an ultrarunner and triathlete with a professional background as a Doctor of Chiropractic. My education in anatomy, biomechanics and the musculoskeletal system gives me another lens for thinking about movement, training load, durability and reducing avoidable injury risk.

I’ve run every day since August 12, 2022. I don’t prescribe streak running to athletes—the streak is simply one expression of a principle I believe in deeply: consistency matters.
