THE APPROACH

Data matters.
So does the human being.

Individualized

Your starting point, schedule and goal shape the plan.

Sustainable

Build gradually, with recovery planned alongside the work.

Purpose-driven

Your reason helps guide us through the hard parts.

MY COACHING PHILOSOPHY

The athlete does the work.
The coach helps give direction.

Coaching is a privilege. My job is to listen, understand where you’re going and help keep you moving in the right direction.

Consistency includes recovery. We build habits you can sustain and adjust when your energy, schedule or circumstances change.

Plans will change. A good coach adapts, keeps learning and helps you see what’s possible.

You bring the reason. Together we’ll build the direction.

HOW IT WORKS

We start by understanding where you’re going.

Your goal, training and life shape the direction.

1

Start the conversation.

Share your goal in VideoAsk, then meet with me for a 30-minute Discovery Call.

2

Build the roadmap.

Your Athlete Questionnaire gives me what I need to create your Direction Roadmap.

3

Choose your support.

On the Direction Call, we’ll review the roadmap and decide between a Direction Plan or Ongoing Coaching.

TWO WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER

Choose the support your goal requires.
